TYPE 10 becomes one continuous object. Shaped by the question of what a mechanical watch would look like if it evolved following the laws of nature rather than those of engineering.
THE FUTURE IS BRIGHTER
TYPE 10 is the first oil-filled watch powered by the RW-04 in-house movement

OIL-FILLED
VISUAL CLARITY
The mechanical movement beats in air. The ROCS glides through oil.
Fluid lines and seamless finishing give TYPE 10 a distinctly future-forward form.
An unmistakable shape made possible by the proprietary three-dimensional ROCS architecture.

Particular attention went into the minute track. Its 24 titanium segments alternate between small, sandblasted inserts filled with luminous paint and larger, linearly brushed surfaces. The direction of the brushing shifts by 30 degrees from one segment to the next, so each catches the light differently.
"TYPE 10 should feel as if it is one seamless object. Almost as if you took a piece of material and carved the watch out of it.”
Benoît Mintiens
Designer
On the wrist, TYPE 10 DN reads as a monochromatic monolith. Take away the physicality of the components to obtain a seamless volume. The boundaries between components visually dissolve. Case, dial and integrated strap share the same deep blue tone: Dark Night.
82 GRAMS
THE FUTURE IS LIGHTER
For all the mechanics inside it, TYPE 10 weighs just 82 grams with its 41,5mm polished Grade 5 titanium case. As objects evolve, parts integrate, construction becomes more efficient and unnecessary weight disappears.

HOW DOES TYPE 10 WORKS?
QUIET PRESENCE ON THE WRIST
TYPE 10 was designed as a daily companion. Its organic shapes, light weight, ultra clear graphics and overall considered design make it easy to wear, easy to read and easy to forget. Until the moment you look at it.
