  • What are the retail prices of our watches?

    The suggested retail prices are indicated at the bottom page of each collection (in the "choose your own" section) . Please not that we communicate prices in CHF excluding taxes.

  • Where does the name RESSENCE come from?

    The name RESSENCE is a neologism assimilating the french words "renaissance" and "essence". It stands for the rebirth of what is essential to a watch; to display the Time.

  • RESSENCE has no retailer where I live, how can a buy one?

    It is best to contact us directly via hello@ressence.be to find a tailor-made solution in cooperation with our existing network.

  • I have a watch winder. What is the best setting for my RESSENCE watch?

    Our recommended setting is 650 with alternating rotation direction.

  • Where can I service/repair my RESSENCE watch?

    You can bring your watch with the completed warranty card at every authorised RESSENCE retailer in the world. They are going to send your watch to the nearest authorised RESSENCE service center.

  • What should I do if I encounter some unexpected problem with my RESSENCE watch?

    It is best to contact us directly via hello@ressence.be. It would help us greatly if you could write a few lines describing what erratic behaviour you have noticed and send us some pictures/video. We look into it immediately and get back to you as soon as possible to advise you on the best procedure.
